A 2 hundreds years old trullo, restored to the original structure, becomes an architect designed villa for two people with A/C covering the full villa.

Outside the living room, a pergola offers shade leading to the swimming pool and enjoying quietness and privacy to outdoor dinners.

The villa is hosted by a 2 hectares (5 acres) ancient grove with more than 120 olive trees (mostly centennial) still producing extra virgin olive oil, available for guests and friends.

Open-plan lounge/kitchen/dinner with satellite HD smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, bluetooth speaker system (compatible with iphones and androids).

The living is connected with outdoor lounge and pool by a wide window wall door. Dining table with seats for 2 and a second dining table for 4 in the outdoor shaded lounge.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped for 6 kitchen with 4 induction hobs, microwave, electric oven, Nespresso, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.

UTILITIES

Washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacum cleaner, mops and buckets.

OUTSIDE

The private salt water pool is 10x2.5m provided with outdoor shower, sun beds and pool towels.

HOUSE KEEPING

The villa is cleaned twice a week with a weekly linen change. All bath towels, cotton bed linen and pool towels are provided and changed once a week.

When we saw the first time the property that now is the garden of Vila Cinero, we were impressed not only by the beauty of the landscape, but even by the ancient olive grove in it.

Seeing the passion, the farmer was having taking care of the olive grove, we realized that mantaining a productive grove would be the only way to preserve the beauty of the place.

The grove produces now extra virgin olive oil and various types of canned olives, it also produces fig jam and canned figs, almonds and pricky pears.
